Our unit is located in a friendly community that is the definition of "Southern Hospitality". When you book with us, you will get a luxury 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment home, that can service up to 3 guests. We have our home professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay. We ask that you please respect other tenants that are also in the complex. VERY IMPORTANT! If there is any damage done to the unit ( i.e. furniture, floors, carpet, mattress, linen or appliances, including stains) there will be a nonrefundable fee that will be charged for repairs and cleaning.
